He was good natured about our irrational fears and knowledgeable and confident which allowed us to resume our normal life. He followed up several times after.  We believe he solved our bat problem. I had a raccoon who at least 4 to 5 times a week ( if not daily) was straddling my pergola and spending time on my roof.  Justin came the same day of the call, did a full walk over the roof and fully went through the attic and below roof to determine any damage etc. I was definitely relieved, and especially after he trapped the animal on top of my pergola.
